Using Excel 2007...

I have a spreadsheet with 3032 rows of text in column A. I'm repeating row $1:$1 on all pages. There are 10 columns (A thru J) on each page and 47 rows including the row I'm repeating on all pages.

What I want to do is move cells A48:A93 to B1:B47, A94:139 to C1:C47, etc. Once I fill up the 10 columns A thru J, I want to start over on page 2.

hi,

How's your math?

You'll need...
[tt]
ROW() - the ROW of the cell that the formula is in
COLUMN() - same for COLUMN
INT() - to create groupings of 47 rows: INT((row()-1)/47). Add 1 to this calue and it is the COLUMN #, but NOT the row.
MOD() - will give you the ROW #: MOD((row()-1,47)+1
[/tt]
So see what you can do with that.

Skip,
