Many companies I work for don't use the capablities of Workload Partitions (Application or System). I'm convinced that WPAR will save companies investments and time by using WPAR capabilities. Workload Partitions improved administrative efficiency by reducing the number of AIX images to maintain by allowing you to run mini copies of AIX on a global level of AIX which owns the hardware resources. This also avoid the work involved in creating a separate Logical Partition (LPAR) for each copy of AIX.
