Hi,
I have a Proxim AP4000 and an IBM Thinkpad R40 with a built in Intel Pro/Wireless LAN 2100 3B Mini PCI adapter.

I am running XP Pro on the laptop and have installed the WPA patch. The AP is set up to use WPA-PSK and I can get a connection. The connection will last for a few minutes, then it will drop and I will have to reconnect. Sometimes when reconnecting, it won't get a new DHCP address, so I have to try a few times.

The laptop is configured using the IBM Access Connections utility and the Wireless Zero Configuration service is disabled. I have downloaded the latest IBM drivers and utilities.

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,
Mark Pearce
