WPA Connection Made but Cannot Ping or Surf

I'm testing a WPA-PSK wireless connection. My laptop says that I made a connection to the wireless network (signal strength is excellent) but I cannot ping any of the other PCs that are wired to the network nor can I surf.

I'm in a business environment with about 20 PCs connected to the network. I have a Dell truemobile wireless router that works just fine when configured for WEP. I reconfig'd it for WPA and my results are as stated above.

Am I missing something here? I've never really dealt w/ WPA so I guess I'm hoping that someone would have a quick fix.
