WP8 with Stedman's Spell Check with Windows XP

I have installed WP8 to a computer with Windows XP with only 1 user and was able to link the Spell Check to Stedman's Medical Speller in Safe Mode. Everything worked fine when booted up normally. I had to link in Safe Mode because WP8 would give me an error when I accessed the Main Word Lists in Spell Check.

On the other hand, on a computer with two or more users in Windows XP, I cannot link WP8's spell check to Stedman's. When I perform this action in Safe Mode under both Administrator and User 1, there are no results when booting up Windows XP regularly (words are considered misspelled even though Stedman's recognizes them).

Any ideas?

I read the thread "How to Install WordPerfect 8 in Windows XP," but I did not understand what the "installation folder" consisted of. Does this mean the entire WP8 CD-ROM or was there a specific folder or set of folders to copy to the C drive.
