WP8 - Spaces in File Names

Any idea what would cause WP to generate an error when opening files containing spaces in the name?

If I rename the files, removing the spaces, the error goes away.

Error:

"The file 'anyfile.wpd', as specified in the execution parameters, cannot be opened."

Are you trying to open WP files, or are you using an older version of WP? WP allows spaces in file names, but DOS does not. If you save a two-word file name in WP and go to your MSDOS Prompt to look at it, you will see that DOS has removed the spaces, while it will appear in your folder in Windows as you saved it. I think the older versions disallowed spaces as DOS does.
