Hope someone has seen this before. When I launch WP8 we get a WP warning msg: No printers installed, to add a printer select file/print/add. When I follow these instuctions the printers are displayed as currently installed.

I have given the local user full control of the printer which didn't seem to solve it.

Any ideas are appriciated.

Thanks!

What operating system/service pack and build number of WP are you using? Corel does a masterful job (said with intense sarcasm) of dealing with OS secuity, so it sounds like it may be a security issue. I recall something similar, and I think we may have fixed it by giving users full access to \\HKey_Local_Machine\Software\Corel\PrintEngine. It does sounds like you are running WP8 on Windows 2000 or XP...a no-no. [smile] Corel's official line is that you need WP9 Service Pack 4 or greater (I would recommend just taking the plunge and going to 11) in order to successfully run the software.
