WP7 Address Book Disappeared

WIN 2000; had to clean everything off system and reload; Corel WP7 old address book info disappeared; pull down Tools and Address Book is greyed-out; had keyboard mapped so address book appeared with designated keystroke; now Address Book Error message ("An error occurred trying to logon to MAPI for address book services") appears; have all files backed up on external Seagate, so can I reload from there? Going to "Custom" installation from disk does not solve the problem.

You must have CorelCentral loaded to use the Address Book feature. Is it loaded?

My apologies. In version 7 it was called InfoCentral. It was changed in version 8 to CorelCentral.

BTW, later versions (after version 9,I believe)have the address book built into the WP program.

I hope this helps.

Just curious, but with all of the inexpensive copies of later versions of Corel on the Net, why not upgrade? Not trying to be pushy because I know that if it works for you, why upgrade?! Again, just curious.
