WP11 importing jpg issues 1

I am running Windows XP and WordPerfect 11. When I import a jpg file, the right side of the jpg is black. This does not happen on a Windows 2000 machine. Any ideas???

This has to do with Hyperthreading. See this FAQ67-5296 to work around the problem.
