Working in Windows XP with Wordperfect 10, I installed all the patches. When trying to print from the screen, Wordperfect becomes non-responsive and I have to "end task". If I print from the file, it is fine. My work requires me to constantly print from the screen, so I have to fix this somehow. Also, I put the printserver100 in the start menu folder, didn't help. Any help would be appreciated.

WP10 freezes when trying to print from screen only

I was having the same issue. I found this fix at
It seems to be a problem with people who have one of the new versions of MS Office installed.
Here is the link to the Corel Fix:
It references a Microsoft doc:
Basically
1) Run msconfig
2) go to the startup tab then find CTFMON.exe and uncheck it.
3)Click okay and reboot.
Worked great for me and hopes this helps.
