Hello everyone,
We serve legal offices who use WordPerfect X3 for document production and review, who rely on the redline and strikeout features in WordPerfect.
Unfortunately after rolling out new USB connected HP P1505 printers to several remote offices, we found out that these devices will not differentiate redline text in printed output as the HP 1300s they replaced.
In the past we have tried using various other drivers PCL5/PCL6 (even tried other HP printer drivers) to resolve the issue, but with the new printers being USB only, we haven't found any drivers that will print at all aside from specified model drivers.
Any suggestions or help on this issue would be greatly appreciated as our only other option will be to re-roll-out the printers we replaced to several remote offices and internal users.
**We have also tried Corel's documented work-around for this issue with no effect.
Thanks in advance..
