WP Suite 8 files convert/copy problems

I have a new machine PIII 1gig running Win98SE and have MS Office 2000 installed.
I have a Pentium 233MMX with Win95 and have Corel Suite 8 with data files in WP. I really like WP as I grew with it from 5.1 Dos Version to WPWin 6.1 and lately WP 8 in Corel Suite 8. I am truly fond of WP and some features such as Reveal Codes which the inferior MS Word cannot match, however I have succumbed to the way of the world and now must copy my files and convert or copy the WP8 program and have it as well as Word. I have 2 questions?
1. Will my Wp doc's convert into Word 2K (What problems)
2. If I copy the WP Program and then doc's from the Win95 computer what problems can I expect (Solutions)

One other thing, on the Suite 8 CD is a program called Quick View Plus written for Win95 I am unsure if I want to install it on my new machine. Any feedback?

You may be able to import the WP8 documents into Word2000, but if you have any difficulty, use WP8 to do a Save As into Word97 format.
QuickView Plus as shipped with WordPerfect 8 will run fine on Windows2000, so it should also still work on Win98. I like it very much. It is still shipped with WordPerfect Office 2000 (WP9) Standard Edition.
Count on installing WP8 from the original CD's - I seriously doubt that copying the program from the Win95 computer will work - though it might (I haven't tried!). WP8 and 9 are true 32-bit programs - you could get away with copying the files and directories with WPWin61.
Good luck, and keep a legal copy of WP8 (or better yet 9) around for the days when you get completely frustrated in Word.
