WP 8 Printing Problem

I have a user that today cannot print a WP 8 document to the Epson Stylus C82 printer. User has printed this document in the past. Other documents print fine, both of WP and Microsoft Word as well as printer test pages.

One oddity, you try to print the WP document and you get nothing. Then go into Word and print a document and the first page that comes from the printer is the WP document. Go figure!

Any suggestions?
