My question has two parts: we installed WP 10 clean on a new XP computer. We did a full install but cannot use WP 9 merge docs or create new ones. The merge button is grayed out. Does anyone have any idea why or what I can do? I had to load WP 9 back on this machine for merge purposes. Merging is very important to this user. Thanks.
