Wow!... in a bind!

I was trying to press ALT - CTL something and my finger slipped ... all of a sudden my display turned 90-degrees to the right. It's hard working sideways, my neck is beginning to hurt. Does anyone know how I can get my display to show up and down as usual. Thank you. Grateful Kenny

Ctrl + Alt + Up-Arrow usually works for Intel and ATI cards.

Thanks for trying but I found out by pressing CTL-ALT-F12, you can set the monitor to rotate or un-rotate. That got me out of the jam. Thanks anyway.
