Would I be nuts to install a BCM 50 at home?

I just got a deal on a BCM50E 1.0. I like the router for a firewall at home, so I was thinking to set it up at the house? I have a small home, and it may be overkill for sure, but the call pilot alone would be cool, and unified messaging for voicemail would be nice. I have no keycodes, but was thinking about 2 IP licenses to use the Softphone, and an 1140E. Then I would like to use some cheap analog cordless phones. I would like to do faxing as well, so this can do that. Any thoughts on this idea? FYI, I already have the IP phone, so I would just need keycodes, and a good plan.
Thanks in Advance

The keycode for the BCM is coded to the MAC address. Supply the MAC to a friendly vendor and they can supply you with the already registered keycode.
