Would be interested in knowing if anyone has ever gotten this error and what they did to fix it. When we get it we can press OK and proceed like nothing happened but it is a pain to go through this every time you want to see the report.
We are running Microsoft SQL Server 7.0 w/ Service Pack 4 and Crystal Reports 8.0. It is running over a network. We have a system where workers can click a button from within a document to generate a face sheet. You can do one with no problem, but if you go to another document to do a different one, you get this message when you try to open the document. You can click on OK then open the document just as if nothing happened. But it is a hassle going through this when you need to print out several reports.
