worms/spybot/dailers on my pc that i cant find

ok my computer is slowing down , and then crashes slowly,
i know igot somewhat of trojen/worm , i cant find them , can you help me ?
and can anyone tell me how do i dump alg dailer if the uninstall didnt help?!
