worm/Apsiv.A how do I remove this? 1

hi i have the worm/Apsiv.A how do I remove this? AVG found 25 instqances of it and automatically healed it, but when I ran AVG again it was back all 25 instances of it. does anyone know what this is and how to safely remove it?

Ok I got it, I just flushed it out by sliding the system restore down and flushed them all away, always works, bye bye virus lol!
