I'm not sure how to describe this situation but here goes;
A workstation that authenticates through domain cannot access supplier sites ( and get an error like "Your session with the server has expired." or it just does not load content on the site. IF i browse to the same site with a workstation NOT authenticating through Domain then site loads just fine.
This tells me that maybe there is some kind of security policy in effect on the domain controller but I browsed through GPOs and do not see any "special" settings for Internet Explorer.
This is tricky because I can login to if need be, but supplier sites with mailboxes like Lotus, do not allow the users to login.
