workstations getting disconnected from the gateway

Hello,

Recently I gave sonicwall a call, because I had an issue with my subnets. We fixed the issue.
Now what is happening is that some of the work stations in the network can ping our main server and all of the other computers in the location, but cannot ping the gateway (sonicwall tz170).

If I ping the main server or any other workstation a few times the connection to the gateway will come back up. I have looked all all the setting on the network cards and everything seems to be in order. I apologize if this is not the correct forum for this post.

please advice!!

is it under site to site vpn connection? and you tried to ping to gateway?
