Workstation uses wrong viewer - sometimes

We have a workstation(s) on a network segment that sometimes loads the wrong CRViewer when calling an 8.0 Crystal web report from the ISS server. We have checked the security settings on the client, and even copied the CRViewer.dll to system directory and ran regsrvr32. It then existed in the registry.
Does this sound familiar to anyone, or does anyone have any info concerning?
