I have an NT4 Workstation that keeps getting the following message every night:

------------START
Message from ABC (NT4 server) to XYZ (workstation) on 4/24/01 at 11:55PM

From: Server at ABC
To: XYZ
Subj: **USER NOTIFICATION**
Date 4/24/01 11:54PM

Your logon time at NET (the domain that ABC and XYZ belong to) ends at 23:59. Please clean up and log off.
-------------END

The XYZ workstation has an account logged in with domain Admin and Admin rights to the NET domain. There are no hours restrictions for this account. We run an automated apps during the night and can't have the XYZ workstation disconnected from ABC server.

Any help or tips would be appreciated!

Thanks,
Steve

Do any accounts or groups have hour restrictions?
Is this account part of any other groups outside of Domain Admin / Admin? Doug

Are you sure that there are no logon restrictions on this user account? This is the message it usually sends...

Does the system actually log the user off? Or just send the message?

We did find an hour restriction between 12 and 1:00.
Our IT person claimed they logged off after removing the restriction, but now is unsure. We will relogon later this afternoon and see if it happens tonite. Then I will examine if this account could be a part of another group whom may have a restriction in place.

Thanks!
Steve
