I can't find my notes on how you're supposed to pin out the DB25 to RJ45 adapter to work with the COM1 port on the Workstation 6, with an Epson RS-232 printer. We have the cables from Oracle that work, but we're trying to stock up on some adapters to use for alternatives, and the field techs already carry them so one less part they'd have to carry. Anyone have a guide for pinning out the adapter?

Ah. Thanks guys but it looks like the issue isn't with the cable. Wrote up a quick .NET program to test the port and the program can open and print to the port without any issues and do all of the handshaking using the same settings we have in Micros. For some reason though Micros won't print to it and the micros confidence tools just says that the COM port isn't initialized. Will have to figure out what its unhappy about.
