Worksheet protection

I have a worksheet to be protected in order to share it with other persons. The problem is that the sheet works running the SOLVER function and if I protect the sheet it doesn't work any more (I locked only the cells containing formulas or results).
Is there any solution?

Is/are the cell(s) you are trying to change using solver locked?
If so try unlocking it before prtecting the sheet.

No, the cells that I'm trying to change are unlocked. I locked only the cells containing formulas. But it doesn't work. In particular it doesn't respect the constraints.
