Ive got two customers with problems with this thing.
1) Was ok. Now starting word uses up all resources. The start button works but the box is just grey and u then get a series of dialog boxes from every running programme saying low on resource etc. tried reinstalling no difference. Its a brand new Dell. very poor
2) The other one doesnt like printing. Works suite was instaleld to replace a perfectly ok Office 97. It has mostly printing problems. A couple of sheets print ok and then the next one reboots the pc. No warnings or anything. It has come up with a couple of message boxes related to wrk something .dll, which is a Works suite peculiar file as far as i can tell. Again a reinstall made no difference.
The printer is a 6p, the driver is fine, everything is fine bar ropey word.
Im really stumped.
I dont mind reinstalling windows on the older pc, but the new one is very poor. Its only a month old! [sig][/sig]
