Workplace Telecommuter Mode

So I see with the latest update we can use "other phone mode" on workplace. Does anyone know if this is available on the mobile client or only the desktop client?

has anyone successfully got this working?

customer whats to use his mobile app in telecommuter mode, so its not relying on the data connection for the voice.
