Has anyone managed to get this working?

Have configured the config in AADS for the client to enable RTCP (unencrypted) with the port and destination of the SBC
Configured the SIP trace options in SMGR for the session managers.
Created a relay on the outside int for RTCP to the inside on the SBC
Configured SBC with the RTCP monitoring options.

Seems to fail at the first step though, ran a packet capture and the Workplace client is not even sending any RTCP traffic but I can clearly see in the config file it has it "SET" for the RTCP options.

My understanding is the Workplace Client does not support RTCP. There is a Windows Agent you can install on Windows 10.

Hi jimbojimbo, can't find anything for a windows agent in PLDS

Do you have a link to it or the full name for the agent?

PLDS Download ID: ADSWA00300

It is part of the Avaya Diagnostics Server product line.

The Workplace softphone does support RTCP but how is buried away in a doc as per Avaya's general documentation style.

In SMGR under SM >> device settings groups - in the VoiP Monitoring section set the IP address to the public address of the remote worker SBC (it uses PPM to update workplace with the settings)

Now create a relay on the SBC and it will send the RTCP from the Workplace softphone to your VMM server.
