Workplace shows Cover Group Name instead of the CallerID

Okay, so I've been banging my head against the wall for a few days now. In Workplace (IOS and Vantage), when a caller calls, the Cover Group Name displace instead of (or in addition to) the CallerID. In the log, however, it displays the CallerID after the call has been presented. So if you have extension 1000 covering to a group named "Main Office" with Workplace phones in it, when caller 777-123-4567 [SMITH,JOHN] calls and rings the phones in the cover, if you look at the Workplace screen it will say "Main Office". After you hang up and look at the log it will say [SMITH,JOHN] and the number is correct when you tap the information button.

I know SIP can have some odd behavior unlike H.323 (which can alter the displace mid call). Any ideas?
