Workplace Log in via email not working on MAC

Hi,
I have IP Office SE integrated with AD and SSO.
on windows everythings works fine, the avaya.cloud acces pop up and you can login via Microsoft SSO.
On MAC the cloud access doesn't pup and i can only log in via extension and password.

As anyone experienced this issue before?
