Workplace IX TLS keeps disabling

Hi

We have a customer who has Workplace IX and everything works ok however sometimes for random users the TLS setting in the app turns off.

Which causes the app to deregister.

System is R11.1 using and SBCE. TLS works fine normally its just this qwerk.

Has anyone had this?

Is the system R11.1.0 or R11.1.1? It seems like R11.1.0 is pretty buggy and should be upgraded to R11.1.1.

The truth is just an excuse for lack of imagination.
