Workplace IX Messaging Server Error

Hello,

Does anyone know why I get a Red triangle of doom showing this message:
'A general error has occurred while attempting to connect to the Messaging Server'

System is R11.1.1 and Workplace is 3.22

Spaces or One X has not been setup as the customer doesn't want them.

I have not seen this error before in other installs I have done!
