If anyone has been having any of the following issues with Workplace/iOS, please let me know if the issues are fixed with this new version (just released to app store). I suspect Avaya also made some changes on their APNP server.
- Push notification not being received to wake up app
- Push notification resulting in APNP no response/response timeout error in Monitor
- Workplace ringing 1/2 a ring then stops ringing - cannot answer call
- APNP DNS does not resolve properly
- Workplace rings with a phone call - when you open it for the first time after it went to sleep - even though there is no true call ringing.
If you had any of these issues, please let me know how you resolved the - or if they are magically resolved with this new release of the client software for iOS.
