Workplace doesn't ring when Iphone is locked over ASBCE

Since updating my IOS, Workplace no longer notifies me of a call coming in when the phone is locked.
If the phone is unlocked it rings through.
SS is showing the phone logged in and ready when locked.
Any ideas of how to resolve this?

This can't be an Apple Push issue as I have the App open before locking the phone.

Any help would be great as I think this is going to be a common one. :)

I think I may have to log with Avaya but the response here is usually quicker.
