Have a situation at the moment where our company is to small for exchange server but requires a GAL.
Have looked on the net for some free stuff..
Seems these dudes out there want to charge me in the region of $700 to $1000 for a simple VB app that just copies data from an Access database to an address book.
So started working with MAPI and address Entries
Seems the info is a little obscure to get my hands on (maybe due to all these virus floating around).
The untimate goal would be a user log's into computer the batch file runs the VB app
THE VB app:
checks entries against that of local WAB file (Outlook express)
If it finds adress books contacts and groups that are missing or needing updating
Updates
Anyone know of a site or some code that will get me started in the right direction
Please note it's a WAB address book not a PAB
