Hi. I am trying to work with cisco shapes from a stencil downloaded from their website. I have extracted and copied the stencil into the myshapes folder in my documents. The problem I'm having is that the shape shortcuts are not organized alphabetically so I have to sift through 150+ shapes when I want to find the shape I need. When I try to use search shapes, it will not return results from the opened stencil. How can I get shape search to work from this stencil or how can I get the shapes in this stencil to be listed alphabetically? Please help. Thanks.

BTW...indexing is turned on in the shapesearch options if that makes a difference. I've also tried turning off indexing and turning it back on as well as unchecking local shapes and rechecking it to see if it will get visio to index the shapes in the stencil. None of it works.

Other than manually, there is no way to sort the icons (the shortcuts) in a stencil.
