Working with screens in design view MS Access 2013 and 2016 1

When I open a form, or any other Access object, in design view...the upper right corner does NOT show the minimize, restore, or maximize Icons. How do I get these controls back.
The DB icons are showing but none of the Access objects show the Ions in design mode.

Is you database option set to Tabbed Documents or Overlapping Windows? You might need to switch to Overlapping.

Thanks Duane...so simple but it was unknown to me. I have been working with MS Access for years and still don't now some of the small basics...go figure.
