Seeing issue with customer reporting dropped calls, not seeing issues from service provider switch or adtran. Wondering if anyone has had similiar experience with adtran mgcp lines or if anyone can offer suggestions for me to give tech when going onsite to troubleshot. I'm from voice noc on service provider side so my phone system troubleshooting skills aren't that great.
