Working with exported rules in Outlook 2007

I haven't found any results yet so figure either there is a reason why this can't or shouldn't be done or some smart programmer hasn't sunk their teeth into this.

The RWZ file can't be read. Seems only imported. Encryption the reason? It would be nice if there was a way to export the many rules I have created into a readable text or even Excel file so I can easily see things like duplication or other obvious errors (logic) so I can drill down to that rule and change it.

I'm using POP but those using Exchange, may be good to see the difference between client or server based rules.

I hope this makes sense.
