I have to work with bullets and numbers. Can anyone tell me where I can find the icon of bullets. I have the cs4 version and work on PC. In simpler words how can I uplaod it on the control panel?

...a number of ways to apply bullets and numbering in indesign, but the best way is to create them as part of a paragraph style wherever possible...
...in the paragraph styles palette, create a new one and apply to the paragraph you have, in that created paragraph style you have 'Bullets and Numbering" in the list on the left...
...on the right hand side you have the bullet character options...
