Working with 2003/2004 data

I am having a problem getting data from 2003 & 2004 to appear on the same line. i.e.

Item No. Qty Sold 2003 Qty Sold 2004 ytd

Current scenerio

Item no. Qty Sold 2003 Qty Sold 2004 ytd
1234 10
1234 15

I have forumula if (qytsoldyear)=2003 then qtysoldyear and so on.
Please help

You could group on {table.itemno} and then insert maximums on each of your formulas by right clicking on the formulas
->insert summaries->maximum->"insert summary fields for all groups." You can drag these to the group header, if you wish, and then suppress the details section.
