I hope I am clear with this explanation.

I have a client on an IBM P3 Windows 2000Pro fully updaed and scanned.

She works from home for a real estate firm entering and updating listings on their website. She logs in to the server and makes the changes to the website then clicks "Update" however, nothing changes on her screen upon refresh. If she logs off the site and logs in the changes still do not appear. Even closing IE6 and reopening it doesn't make any difference. The only way she can see the changes is if she retarts the machine.

This says to me that she is looking at the cached file of the document however, this started all of a sudden over the weekend without any changes to the machine.

Any thoughts out there? Thanks

Any thoughts

Yes - she's probably either lying to save face because she knows she's broken something, or may have changed something without realising it.

Maybe she's installed a new version of something? Maybe a toolbar, etc? Or some other software? Push her for an answer. My money is on her having changed something.
