Although I have found a function at to count the working days excluding weekends and holidays, the function doesn't work when I put it in the data control source of a form's text box. I need some help. Any clue? any hint? THANKS

Look into faq700-184 here. It was coded for '97 but should not be difficult to modify for 2K (probably just needs "DAO." prefixed to the db and rs instantiations. At the very least it is MUCH simpler than the one you found.
