We have two home-based users that connect via VPN to the office.

After they connect via the VPN, they Remote Desktop to a PC in the office by using an internal IP 192.168.x.x.

That PC *in the office* is a member of the MSHOME workgroup, but we want to make it a memeber of the "ABC" domain.

Their computers at home are also members of the MSHOME workgroup... and I would prefer not to change them.

Can I change the PC *in the office* to be a member of the ABC domain without affecting their VPN status?

Hey, thanks... and your answer was just in time.... thanks again.

The computer that connects to the VPN I think adopts the policies that of the server, which includes an ip address from the dhcp pool in the vpn config or the dhcp server, and the workgroup/domain info.
