Workgroup file

ok i did the security wizard for ms access and it works on my computer however when it is on the network folder i can still access it but the other computer can not. Any ideas? and i'm trying to package the security workgroup file with the database and deploy it will this work on another computer?

You need to tell the other computer to use the workgroup file when opening the Db. Usually this is done by means of a desktop shortcut.

In the Target path of the shortcut use the format

"Full Path to MSAccess.exe" "Full Path to database.mdb" /wrkgrp "Full Path to Workgroup.mdw"

Use the format as shown, including quotes and spaces.
