Workgroup file problem in runtime environment on Vista

After installing a package on my runtime enviromnment machine I cannot log on anymore because the userid and/or password is not accepted.
Via ACCESS 2003 (also on my oproduction machine) it works fine, but with the runtime version not.
The shortcut looks like:


"C:\Program Files\Common Files\microsoft shared\Access Runtime\Office10\MSACCESS.EXE" /Runtime "C:\Program Files\Niebotel\Niebotel.mde" /wrkgrp "C:\Program Files\Niebotel\SystemNiebotel.mdw"
What is wrong?
