Workflow

In working with SharePoint, I believe the workflow is not as sophisticated as our users need. We are considering purchasing a third party package to handle the workflow. We also have a tight timeframe for getting this implemented. So, I'm looking for something that can be implemented cleanly with SharePoint with minimal custom coding. Any suggestions (or horror stories) out there?

A while back I looked in to SMARTWorkflow from LMR solutions

LMR has a couple of different solutions for SharePoint.

I never had the time to actually test the system fully, but just thought I would mention it to you.

Biz talk server (from M$oft) can be tightly integrated with Sharepoint. However, be forewarned it costs a bundle.\
