Workflow with QAP

Hi, we are looking at changing our transport methods within SAP. 2 of the features that look very interesting to us are:

o Workflow
o Quality Assurance Procedure

We don’t use either of these at present. I have noticed that Workflow seems to override the QA Procedure. Is this meant to be the case? Is there any way of fixing this?
