Workflow Step

Dear all,

I use livelink 9.7.1 and I develop a document approval workflow.
I have a problem in user step workflow (and next evaluate step).
I defined disposition in permissions user step but I'd like also that when the duration time is over then workflow go to next step automatically (ie. auto approval).
I do not know how to do.
Can you help me please ?

you may have to buy a advanced tool such as XMWFEXT or GCIpowertools or code your way into that.

I cannot do otherwise ?

When the step duration expires or if user step clicks to Approve button (Disposition) then goes to the next step ;
Else (if user clicks to Reject button) then goes to another way.

Yet it seems like basic process ...
