Workflow rule Event

Hi;

I want to set a workflow rule so that the system sends a Task to the owner of every contact that has not been modified since 3 months.

I don't know what event is appropriate: it is not Create. I thought it would be Manual, but it doesn't work either...

Can someone help me?

You are going to need to write code that looks for activities created etc and then determines if a record has been updated with an activity. This is not something you can do with a workflow as there is no event being triggered to hook a workflow to.
